President & CEO
Charles A. Austin, Sr. is a disciplined and purpose-driven leader whose life and work reflect structure, integrity, and a deep commitment to uplifting others. As a successful business owner with a strong foundation in marketing, earned through his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from South Carolina State University, Mr. Austin has built a reputation for excellence across his entrepreneurial ventures. Known for his steady leadership style and strategic mindset, he brings clarity, organization, and vision into every space he enters. Beyond his professional achievements, what truly sets him apart is his character—approachable, grounded, and genuinely invested in seeing others succeed. His presence naturally inspires confidence, accountability, and forward movement.
Equally impactful is Mr. Austin’s unwavering dedication to community service and mentorship. He actively supports underserved populations through his volunteer work with Closing the Gap and Home of the Innocents in Louisville, Kentucky, as well as his outreach efforts with Author of Love, serving the homeless community in South Carolina. Passionate about second chances, he has developed and implemented a truck driver training program for incarcerated individuals, helping to remove barriers to employment and create pathways to stability. A committed mentor, he pours into at-risk youth—especially young men—guiding them toward discipline, purpose, and opportunity. Through his work with the District of Columbia’s Office of Neighborhood Safety and Engagement’s Pathways program, Mr. Austin continues to equip individuals with workforce skills and a renewed vision for their future. His life stands as a powerful example of leadership in action—structured, selfless, and transformative.
